5sk received 5 snails but 2 died when somebody fed coca-cola them. Strangely another 2 died  but this time she got a big one, so big it needed a different tank.

New African snail slips to 5sk!!

On Friday 20th November a class at Chorlton Park Primary in year five received a surprise addition to their class.
The new member happened to be a giant snail that Saffron, aged 9, brought to school, after two of the young snails unfortunately died when they were in her care.

I love our new class snail it’s as big as a child’s palm, and I can’t imagine us picking it up and putting it on our hands, it would feel so massive and slimy (yuck)!I think it’s a bit lonely at the moment so bringing in the baby snails would probably brighten things, as if I  was  it I [...]

In year five Mr woods  class have used a bueatiful touch screen mini laptops. I hope you get to use them.
