It’s here…

One day a small boy called Michael was wandering down a dark, spooky avenue. He was 9 years old and had just lost his ball down the path. He was on his way to get it. (Chiming). “Huh?!, whats going on?” he said. (Chiming stops) After hearing the music, Michael carried on walking down the dark avenue. It was spooky but the ball was in sight. As he crept down the dark pathway, he started to realize that someone/something might be following him! He turned to see nothing but a tall figure behind him. Michael screamed. “AUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” he cried. Then he blacked out——.

What a super piece of writing Alexander, I like how you have included lots of different types of sentences and punctuation to help build tension. Try to include a similie or metaphor next time!

Just a quick note to tell you that these need to be linked individually not as a group. Team 100 is given a number & comments on a post.

Well done! Great response to this week’s word challenge! I was particularly impressed with the use of Your speech marks and exclamation marks. It was obvious to me that You fully understand the purpose of using those. Keep it up!
